OH THE PLACES WE DID GO IN 2018!
Top 100 of 2018
What an epic adventure 2018 turned out to be. We started the year with new winter adventures volunteering in Lake Tahoe with the Ranger snow trek program. We also booked our first trip to Utah’s Bryce and Zion National Parks in March. And of course Yosemite National Park was a feature destination for me and several friends as we not only enjoyed our first backpack trip in Yosemite to Young Lakes, but also ventured to a frozen May Lake and return to Hetch Hetchy and the Yosemite Valley in early spring, then a late fall trip into Gaylor and Granite Lakes on the Eastern border of the park.
We stretched our boundaries as a volunteer in the Desolation Wilderness, exploring corners of the Wilderness I have never seen all while helping visitors learn and discover the secrets of the Wilderness. All in All we tallied nearly 60 hours of Trail time with the Desolation Wilderness Crew this summer, seeing numerous lakes for the first time.
Hope you enjoy our little Year end review of some of our favorite 100 shots from the over 12,000 images we took in 2018.
