Sierra Rec Magazine – Sierra At Tahoe – January 18, 2017 – As the snow finally arrives in the Tahoe Basin and the rest of the Sierra this week we have a cool event to share with you if you are heading to Tahoe for the weekend. Sierra At Tahoe will hold its 3rd USASA Rail Jam on Saturday which on its own could just be a cool party to check out, but Sierra At Tahoe decided to Honor a special member of their family on Saturday, January 20th and would like to invite the Ski World to their doors for this special event “Jammin 4 Tash”.
Come jib your heart out on some awesome features and commemorate a rider near and dear to the Sierra family. The season’s last USASA Rail Jam will honor Natasha “Tash” Sagucka, a former USASA athlete who lost her battle with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia this past November. A portion of the proceeds will go to the Leukemia Lymphoma Society Cancer Research for A.L.L to support further research of diseases such as Natasha’s. Celebrate the spirit of Tash and throw down your best tricks in her memory!
